Cookie Policy
Start playingThis policy explains how cookies and similar tracking technologies work on Posido, what information they collect, and the choices you have. We set some cookies ourselves to keep the site working; others arrive through embedded content and analytics scripts we rely on but do not control directly.
Cookies in plain terms
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device to remember something about your visit — your language preference, whether you have seen a particular message, or how you moved through the site. Some expire when you close the browser; others stay until a set date or until you delete them.
We use cookies to deliver a usable experience and to understand which parts of the site are read most. No cookie on this site identifies you personally or tracks you across unrelated websites, though third-party scripts embedded here may set their own, covered below.
What is stored and for how long
The table below groups the cookies this portal sets by purpose. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay for the time stated.
| Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Keep the site navigable — session state, secure connections, load balancing | Session or 24 hours |
| Preference | Remember your language, layout choices, dismissed notices | 30–90 days |
| Analytics | Aggregate traffic data — page views, bounce rate, time on site | 13–24 months |
| Advertising | Measure which campaigns drove visits; frequency capping for banners | 90 days to 12 months |
Necessary cookies are set automatically because the site cannot function without them. The other three categories require your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit.
Embedded third parties
Some content on our pages — video players, social-share buttons, payment widgets — is served by a provider other than us, and that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. We choose suppliers carefully but we do not control what their scripts collect or where that data goes.
The third parties currently embedded on this site include analytics platforms and advertising networks. Each operates under its own privacy terms, and declining advertising cookies through our banner will block the scripts that set them where technically possible.
Declining without breaking the site
You can manage cookies at two levels: through the consent banner when you first arrive, and through your browser's own controls.
Through the banner: choose which categories to accept. Declining analytics or advertising cookies will not stop the site working — you lose anonymised traffic reporting and you may see less relevant banners, but every page and link stays usable. Necessary cookies cannot be declined individually because they are required for secure page delivery.
Through your browser: every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies entirely.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. Choose "Block third-party cookies" or "Block all cookies".
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. Select "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" or set a custom rule.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Block all cookies, or tick "Prevent cross-site tracking".
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies. Choose "Block third-party cookies" or view stored cookies and delete them individually.
Blocking all cookies will break login flows and session state on most sites, ours included. Blocking third-party cookies only is the practical middle ground — it cuts tracking without affecting site functionality.
Updates
We review this policy whenever we add a new analytics provider, change hosting, or embed a different payment widget. The date at the bottom of this page shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms — though you can revisit your cookie choices through the banner link in the footer at any time.
Contact
Questions about what we collect or how a specific cookie works can be sent to [email protected]. We reply within 48 hours. For questions about your player account, deposits or withdrawals, contact the operator's own support team through the channels confirmed in their terms.
